Welcome to the LogistiCare web site for Texas Medicaid members, medical providers and non-emergency medical transportation providers.   The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) has contracted with LogistiCare to manage Medicaid non-emergency medical transportation services (NEMT) for Texas Medicaid members, Children with Special Health Care Needs (CSHCN) program members and those in the Transportation for Indigent Cancer Patients Program (TICP).  This program is meant to reduce barriers for arranging needed transportation, improve quality of the services and to ensure accountability for Medicaid trips.   LogistiCare will manage transportation for members that are eligible for Texas Medicaid, CSHCN and TICP in HHSC’s Transportation Service Area #4.  This area includes the counties of Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Hood, Hunt, Johnson, Kaufman, Navarro, Parker, Rockwall, Tarrant, and Wise.

These services are based on the location of the Medicaid, CSHCN or TICP client.   Calls will be accepted beginning April 2, 2012 for trips beginning on or after April 16, 2012.
